Many of our external contractors are small, local businesses which keeps costs down. We understand this is important as many landlords are not making massive margins over and above their mortgage payments.
We are able to assist with any repair or modernisation work needing carried out before marketing your property. We will have a look around on our market appraisal and highlight any potential areas that could be improved, and propose remedial action for these.
